VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo Attendee FAQs

VISION 2025 is being held at the Overland Park Convention Center, located at 6000 College Blvd, Overland Park, KS 66211

For travel purposes, please look at flights into Kansas City International Airport (MCI)

We will not be offering a spouse program for the 2024 VISION event.

The only discounts available are for MWACA Members only. They receive a $25 discount per registration on a Weekend package or greater. Want to become a member? Click here to learn more.

VISION will be providing shuttles from the Convention Center to and from the Marriot Overland Park, and Embassy Suites hotels, as well as training classes held off-site. There will not be any shuttles to and from the airport.

In 2025, we will again be providing handouts in digital format. Attendees should come to the conference with either a laptop or tablet so that you can access the handouts through the VISION mobile app.

For iPhone: The VISION app requires iOS 11.0 or later.

For iPad: You have 2 viewing options

1. You may use the actual VISION App from the App Store (requiring IOS 11.0 or later),

2. Or you may use the Web App in iPad tablet browser and it’ll function like it would on a desktop or laptop.

For Android: The VISION App requires 6.0 or later.

2025 App information coming soon. You must be a registered conference attendee to access the app.

 Full refunds will be granted, less a $50 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by February 1, 2024. No refunds will be granted after February 1, 2024. Name substitutions will be accepted. A purchase protection plan will be available during registration for a full refund if needed and must be purchased at the time of your registration.
