Your entry to the VISION expo is absolutely free if you choose not to attend the training sessions! This is your chance to connect with leading exhibitors, discover the latest technologies, and experience the future of automotive excellence without any cost.

VISION’s a la carte registration empowers attendees who will not be attending the full conference to customize their conference experience by selecting specific sessions and workshops that align with their availability and professional development goals.

In this detailed recording, you will be able to preview VISION’s registration site, and walk through the steps in order to properly get your team registered, be sure to pay close attention to what is required so you can have a smooth registration.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Full refunds will be granted, less a $50 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by February 1, 2024. No refunds will be granted after February 1, 2024. Name substitutions will be accepted. A purchase protection plan will be available during registration for a full refund if needed and must be purchased at the time of your registration. You can review plan details upon checkout.
TRAINING COURSE SELECTION: Selections must be made in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A la carte registration for individual courses are not available until February 1, 2024.
MEALS: Breakfast is served in conjunction with a general session and keynote address. See package details for meal information.
INDIVIDUAL MEALS & COURSES: Individual course registration opens Wednesday, February 1. The cost for each 3 or 4 hour session is $135. Tickets for Thursday breakfast, Saturday breakfast, and Sunday breakfast may be purchased for $35 each.
MWACA Member Discounts: MWACA Members registering by Friday, December 29th receive a $25 discount on Weekend and Power Pass Packages.
AWARDS DINNER & COMEDY NIGHT: Weekend Package and Power Pass attendees have the option to add this event to their package for only $50. Non-package attendees may purchase tickets for $65 each. Tickets are limited so early registration is encouraged.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: To register, please complete the online registration form at www.visionkc.com. We cannot guarantee availability for late or on-site registrants. A confirmation letter and detailed conference information will be e-mailed in late-February.
PHOTOGRAPHY / AUDIO / VISUAL RECORDINGS: By registering you agree to our Photography/Audio/Visual Recordings policy.
All meetings, sessions, seminars, trade shows and other events hosted by VISION are the exclusive property of the VISION, the Midwest Auto Care Alliance, and the companies presenting training. No one is permitted to record or reproduce such events, orally or visually, by digital recording, videotape recording, audio cassette recording or by any other means without the express written consent of show management. This rule does not prohibit videotaping or other visual or oral recordings by an Exhibitor at the expo made entirely within the booth space leased by that Exhibitor. Exhibitors shall not photograph or video tape the exhibit or product of another exhibitor without the prior written consent of Exhibit Management and the exhibitor involved. Management reserves the right to photograph and/or video tape any exhibit at the show for use in future promotional materials and otherwise as determined by Management.
Midwest Auto Care Alliance/VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by MWACA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. MWACA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by MWACA, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
A person attending a MWACA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizers.
By participating in a MWACA event or by failing to notify MWACA in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by MWACA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify MWACA from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organization not affiliated with MWACA may not use, copy, alter, or modify MWACA photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from MWACA.
