VISION 2024 Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at area hotels in Overland Park, Kansas. VISION’s host hotel is the Sheraton Hotel and rooms can only be reserved through our reservation system. Once you have completed your conference registration, you will be given a link to access the reservation system. All reservations will incur a $6 per reservation fee that is non-refundable. Reservations made in the system that do not have completed registrations will be cancelled. This current block is only available to conference attendees.

Driving: Take the I-29 S/US-71 S via the ramp to Kansas City and stay on I-29 S/US-71 S for 9.1 miles. Take exit 3B for Interstate 635 S toward Kansas. Continue on 635 S for 12.1 miles. Take exit 1A for Interstate 35 S toward Wichita and stay on I-35 S for 4.4 miles, Keep right at the fork to continue on US-69 S/Overland Parkway. Take the Interstate 435 E/West 103rd Street exit. Keep left, follow signs for I-435 E and merge onto I-435 E. Take exit 77A-77B for Nall Ave. Turn right onto W 110th Street.

VISION Offering shuttle service back to airport on Sunday, March 3.
To utilize this shuttle, flights should depart no earlier than 2:15PM to be assured you have plenty of time to get through security and to your gate. The bus will arrive at Kansas City International Airport by 12:45PM. Attendees should arrive at the convention center on Sunday morning WITH their luggage. A dedicated storage area will be available at the VISION Registration Desk where luggage can be stored while attendees eat breakfast and attend classes. Classes dismiss at 11:30am on Sunday morning and the charter bus will depart from the lower level of the convention center at Noon.
