6:30-8:15am       Breakfast & General Session

8:45-10:45am     Self Defense Course
Participants will learn hands-on self defense techniques which could save their lives. The program consists of awareness education and practical application of the skills demonstrated and learned in the session. The goal of the program is to build self confidence and empower participants.  The instructors for this program are the same instructors for the Ali Kemp T.A.K.E. Foundation.  Attendees should wear comfortable clothes and shoes for this session.

11:30am              Depart for Afternoon Excursion
Depart on bus for Briarcliff Village shopping excursion.

12:00pm             Arrive at Briarcliff Village
Enjoy lunch at The Cafe, followed by shopping at Mary Carol Garrity’s new Nell Hill’s store in Briarcliff Village. Garrity opened a second location of her infamous eclectic store that features home furnishings and accessories at a great value. Featured in the Wall Street Journal and other national publications, the original Nell Hill’s in Atchison, KS is a popular destination for ladies across the Midwest. Briarcliff Village features other popular boutiques and craft stores for some unique shopping adventures.

4:30pm               Load Bus to Return to Hotel

6:45-10:00pm   Awards Dinner & Casino Night
