Announcing a series of free presentations for VISION Expo attendees. Taking place in the Presentation Theatre outside the Exhibit Hall, and covering a wide range of information and knowledge for automotive service professionals.  These presentations are open to all and add value to your visit. There is no need to register, simply pick the sessions of interest to you and arrive at the Presentation Theatre on the tradeshow floor at the appropriate time. 7:00 p.m. Ford Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS)

The Ford IDS (Integrated Diagnostic System) is an extremely powerful, pc-based factory scan tool.  This tool is used for most Ford diagnostic functions including module programming.  This 40-minute live-car seminar will demonstrate a few of the most commonly used functions of the IDS.  The instructor will explain and demonstrate the following:  selecting and graphing data pids; bidirectional capabilities; power balance and relative compression; fuel injector balance testing; and module programming.
